Classes, playgroups & events for parents in the early phases of motherhood.
Welcome to Mom League!
Mom League offers classes, playgroups & events for parents in the early phases of motherhood. Created by moms, for all moms — our mission is to help all moms thrive. We're a community that educates, connects, and supports local moms so they can thrive during the 4th trimester & beyond.
What We Offer
Newborn Series
Designed for moms & babies 0–5 months. An 8-week series led by a facilitator who is an expert in perinatal mental health, with local expert guest speakers covering postpartum topics like feeding, mental health, relationship changes, sleep, developmental milestones, returning to work, and more. Includes a professional photography session — 1 mom & baby photo session with 2 free photos. Sign up while pregnant during your 2nd trimester to secure your spot!
Playgroups
For little ones ages 3 months–3 years. Playgroups offer opportunities to learn, play, and socialize. Every week you'll enjoy new activities, sensory exploration, seasonal crafts, gross and fine motor activities, photo opps, singing, sorting, ASL, books, bubbles & more!
Winston-Salem, NCMusic Classes

Like the moms we serve, we're in the trenches too, navigating motherhood while trying to soak up every meaningful moment of this season. We know firsthand how much connection, trusted information, and real community matter, especially in the early days when everything feels new and overwhelming.
Mom League was born from our shared desire to experience motherhood alongside other moms who truly get it. What started with our Newborn Series has grown into playgroups and programming designed to support both moms and their little ones through connection, education, and community at every stage.
Today, Mom League continues to grow because of the same passion it was founded on: helping moms feel supported, informed, and never alone. If you're craving meaningful connection and community in your own city, you can help bring Mom League to your community.
